As each department converts to the Canon MPS (Managed Print Services) Program our team will schedule end user training for the date/time of installation. Staff will visit each user, ensuring they are on the Secure Print queue and provide basic instructions on how to use the system. Approximately one month after installation our on site trainer will schedule time with each department to answer questions and provide instruction on additional workflows specific to each group.
Canon Support staff will be training at the below locations on an ongoing basis:
